Thank you for your interest in becoming licensed with Sigma Alpha Xi Fraternity, Inc.! Sigma Alpha Xi Fraternity, Inc., claims exclusive ownership to its trademarks, and only licensed vendors have the right to use these marks commercially. We partner with Affinity Consultants (Greek Licensing) to help us manage our licensing program and the use of our trademarks.

 

The first step to becoming a licensed vendor is to register for an account in the Affinity Gateway, which is the online platform used to manage all aspects of our licensing program. You can do so at the following link: https://greeklicensing.com/signup. Once your registration is approved, you will be able to access the online application. For your convenience, the $50 non-refundable application fee can also be paid online via secure e-check. The only part of the application process that is not completed online is mailing physical product samples to Affinity Consultants for quality review.

 

Once your application is completed, Affinity Consultants will release the License Agreement to you for electronic signature. When you sign it, it’s automatically sent to the National Office of Sigma Alpha Xi Fraternity, Inc., for review and final approval, with Affinity’s recommendation.

 

Our royalty is 10% of gross sales with a $150 annual minimum royalty guarantee. There is a $50 annual renewal fee due in July.
